Todtiana Scholarship

Named after the Eucalyptus Blackbutt, the Todtiana Scholarship was first established in 2016 by Murdoch graduates who are passionate about the support of undergraduate students facing financial hardship, whilst promoting sustainability principles.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • be an undergraduate student who has completed the first 24-points of study
  • enrol full-time in either:
    • Animal Science
    • Biological Science
    • Conservation and Wildlife Biology
    • Environmental Engineering
    • Environmental Management and Sustainability
    • Environmental Science
    • Marine Biology
    • Marine Science
    • Renewable Energy Engineering
  • be facing personal or financial hardship

You could be eligible as a third year student if you intend on studying an honours year (fourth year).

Complete the online application form below and attach the required documents by the closing date.

Required Documents

This scholarship requires you to provide the following documents: 

  • completed application form
  • a personal statement of no more than 500 words outlining:
    • the personal and/or financial hardship you are facing 
    • your commitment to sustainability principles
  • evidence of financial hardship (e.g. payslips, tax notice of assessment or Centrelink income statement)
  • a written letter of support from a person at the University.

Payment Method

$3,000 in Week 7 or 8 of each semester over a 2 year period (4 semesters).
