The Rottnest Island
Oral History Collection contains interviews about life on Rottnest
Island from the 1910’s to the 1940’s recorded by the Murdoch University
History Club. The collection consists of audio
cassettes of interviews, also photographs and documents provided by the
interviewees to accompany their recorded memories.

Griff Watkins Collection
Griffith
(Griff) Wynne Watkins (1930-1969) was an art teacher and writer. From
the late 1950's, Griff published poetry and short stories in numerous
periodicals, winning several prizes and awards. His novel 'The Pleasure
Bird' was published in 1967. The collection consists of original manuscripts of novels, short stories and poetry.
