Higher Degrees by Research (HDR)
The School welcomes students who are interested in undertaking an Honours, Masters or PhD program in a media or communication-related discipline.
Honours and Postgraduate programs assist students in developing specialised skills, knowledge and expertise while exploring a topic or research area they are passionate about.
Masters and PhD candidates in particular will develop expertise in their chosen area of study and high-level independent research skills, under the supervision of two or more academics.
The research undertaken by Honours and Postgraduate students aims to build on previous knowledge and offer a significant contribution to a field of study.
All Honours and Postgraduate research inquiries should be directed to the Associate Dean of Research, Dr Lauren O’Mahony.
