Our mission encompasses research advances that contribute new knowledge in human and animal health, food production, food quality and nutrition, and forensic investigation.
Through our comprehensive curriculum, delivered by teaching scholars and internationally recognised researchers and supported by robust clinical and industry partners, we provide hands-on, experiential learning for all our students.

We offer an exciting range of courses in highly relevant disciplines such as Biomedical Science, Laboratory Medicine, Clinical Laboratory Science, Genetics and Molecular Biology, Forensic Biology and Toxicology, Forensic Chemistry and Food Science and Nutrition - at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with the opportunity to progress to higher degrees by research.
