Welcome to the School of Environmental and Conservation Sciences
We strive to generate the knowledge and practical insights that will guide biodiversity conservation, natural resource management and policy decisions in the 21st century.
We are a diverse collection of people offering expertise in wildlife conservation, environmental management, marine biology and environmental policy to name just a few themes we explore in our research and teaching.
We are proud of our capacity to span disciplinary boundaries in teaching and research including land and sea, people, processes, plants and animals and their interactions over time and space.
Being a student in our school means you will be exposed to hands on learning that deepens the theories and concepts you learn in the classroom.
Our staff, students, and alumni work across all sectors of the economy in Western Australia and beyond following their passion as stewards for the environment.
